Last Updated: 4 April 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Trasvuli MX ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the website trasvulimx.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data provided by users of this website. This policy is issued in compliance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP), published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on 5 July 2010, and its Regulations.

Definition: Personal Data

Under the LFPDPPP, personal data means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes names, contact details, and any other information that allows identifying an individual directly or indirectly.

1. Identity and Address of the Data Controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

  • Name: Trasvuli MX
  • Address: Av. Américas 296, Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico
  • Email: info@trasvulimx.com
  • Phone: +52 228 409 5355

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when you use our contact form or communicate with us directly. The categories of personal data we may collect include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • The subject of your inquiry
  • The content of messages you send us

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined by the LFPDPPP (such as health data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, or religious beliefs).

Definition: Data Controller (Responsable)

Under Mexican law, the responsable is the private individual or entity that alone or jointly with others decides on the processing of personal data. Trasvuli MX is the responsable for data collected through this website.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

The personal data we collect is used exclusively for the following primary purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form
  • Providing information about the Trasvuli MX mentorship program
  • Managing program participation inquiries
  • Communicating with individuals who have expressed interest in our educational program

We do not process personal data for secondary purposes such as marketing to third parties, profiling, or automated decision-making without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you provide when you voluntarily complete and submit our contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@trasvulimx.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Data Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties except where required by law or by a competent authority. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with commercial third parties. Where we use technical service providers (such as web hosting), those providers act under our instruction and are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

Definition: Data Transfer (Transferencia)

A transferencia occurs when personal data is communicated to a person other than the data controller or the data processor. The LFPDPPP imposes specific requirements on such transfers, including consent of the data subject in most cases.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Inquiry data submitted through the contact form is retained for a period sufficient to address the inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up communications. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures are proportionate to the nature of the data we hold and the risks involved. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights (ARCO Rights)

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the following rights regarding your personal data, collectively referred to as ARCO rights:

Definition: ARCO Rights

ARCO stands for Acceso (Access), Rectificación (Rectification), Cancelación (Cancellation), and Oposición (Opposition). These are the fundamental rights granted to individuals under Mexican data protection law regarding their personal data.

  • Access: You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
